Here at Land of the Living, we believe fitness has a large role to play in our overall health. Exercise not only improves brain function, manages weight, and reduces risk of disease, but it is also known to relieve stress, while reducing anxiety, depression and negative moods as well. Simply put, fitness is putting the focus on getting up and moving your body.
Land of the Living currently partners with Revelation Wellness® Instructors who bring a Christ-centered approach to your faith and fitness walk.
Revelation Fitness Classes
We offer free faith-based fitness classes via ZOOM that are open to everyone for free! Each class offers a mix of formats such as drumsticks, cardio kickboxing, strength, barre and core. Modifications, or what we like to call success options, are always demonstrated, so these classes truly are for all ages and abilities.
Class Information:
This round of Revelation Fitness will be available to you on Tuesday mornings at 10:00am beginning on Tuesday, April 15th through Tuesday, June 10th. Please use the above form to sign up for this class.

Stephanie, Independent Wellness Instructor
Stephanie has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years, dedicating her career to helping women achieve physical strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. In her many years of teaching, she recognized a need for a deeper, more Christ-centered approach. In 2021, she enrolled in Revelation Wellness® Instructor Training, a program that equips instructors in using faith and fitness as a tool to lead women to lasting Godly heartfelt change. Her classes are designed not just to tone the body, but to nourish the soul, by providing a space for women to connect with themselves on a deeper level.
Personally, Stephanie enjoys running local races. Whenever she can, she will squeeze one in while traveling. Turks and Caicos was definitely one of her favorites. She also likes taking walks with her husband, Chris, watching her son, Christopher, compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and taking road trips with her daughter Keira.
Class Information:
Mondays, 7pm & Wednesdays, 10am in Babylon, NY at $15/class
Stephanie’s classes begin by setting your focus on the Lord with scripture and a biblical devotion. Then, you will work on strengthening the core, building stamina, and enhancing stabilization. At time, light weights, balls, and resistance bands will be incorporated.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a friend or two!
